Being landlords ourselves and working in the property management business for large agencies in the last 10 years, studying the market, listening to tenants and other landlords, we realised that in recent years something was going wrong.

We realised there was a growing mistrust from landlords and tenant's alike towards estate agencies because of non-transparency, both financially and informational.

We offer a personal full management service at a competitive
rate. We will take care of the whole process from advertising and securing quality tenants to processing the return of deposits at the end of the tenancy. We will provide an income valuation based on the current market, can advise on furnishings and advise on any repairs/improvements in order to maximise potential income.

For a fixed fee we will advertise your property and secure a quality tenant. In addition, we will draw up a legally binding lease agreement
between yourself and your new tenant.
